This week, we're diving into the AI product development process, covering everything from defining the problem to model training and evaluation. We'll explore data acquisition strategies and feature engineering, delve into model training and evaluation to understand the crucial decisions PMs make in AI product development, and differentiate between model metrics and business metrics.
Week 3: Model Evaluation
This week focuses on model evaluation, measuring product metrics, and understanding the crucial decisions PMs make in AI product development.
Week 4: Measuring Success in AI Products
This week covers measuring success in AI products and working with stakeholders. It includes lessons on measuring product metrics and understanding the crucial decisions PMs make in AI product development.
