Section I: Executive Leadership
Over eight weeks, refine and develop your leadership skills and purpose to align with your organisation’s strategic focus. Improve your ability to lead authentically, manage high-performance teams using effective strategies, explore core leadership themes, and become a driving force for change in your company.
Section II: Executive Finance
Following a one-week programme break, start developing the essential corporate finance knowledge to make more informed decisions and drive business success over six weeks. Examine the key trends that are changing financial practices such as corporate governance, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investing. Learn how to confidently engage in and add value to financial discussions with colleagues and other stakeholders.
Section III: Executive Strategy
After a one-week programme break, explore a modern approach to strategy, informed by Oxford’s unique and extensive research over seven weeks. Develop an organisational strategy that considers the challenges of rapidly changing environments, stakeholders and goals, and gain a strategy playbook that can be immediately applied to your business context.
